Are you a yoghurt lover? Have you tried making it yourself but don’t know how to? Worry no more!! Below is an easy way to make your own most healthy yoghurt at home from scratch


1 liter Whole Milk(buy from super markets)

½ cup plain Yogurt( you can get this from shopping malls)


Pour the Milk inside the Pot and heat it up to a boiling point, continuously stirring to avoid lumping or burning, stir till its thickened just a little(a batter). You can also use oven.

Remove it from heat and allow it to cool down till it’s warm to the touch

Stir in the plain yoghurt, whisk/blend just to make sure its completely dissolved in the Milk.

Cover it up with a tight fitting lid and keep it in a turned off Oven with the light on OR wrap it up in a warm place with towels for 6 to 12 hours depending on how tangy/thick you want it to be.

Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or more before serving.

You can add sweeteners of your choice, fruits, or simply customize it to your taste
