Meat balls can be made with ground beef, ground pork or ground chicken

Ingredients

1 egg

2 tablespoons milk or water

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup onion(minced)

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 pound ground beef/ pork/chicken

Procedures

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

In a large bowl, mix the egg, milk/water, breadcrumbs, onion, seasoning, salt, pepper and combine

You can add garlic to the mixture if you want

Add in the ground beef and Mix gently with your hands to combine but don’t overmix

Form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper/baking sheet

Bake for 30 minutes

Note
The egg and breadcrumbs are not optional because they help hold the balls together
