Cinnamon Oil

Cinnamon as a spice, body oil, bath soap has proven to be very healthy and effective. It is one oil every family should have and it’s also very easy to make as it requires only two ingredients to be put together.


Half cup cinnamon (grounded)

Two cups olive oil


In a large sauce pan, heat your oil over medium heat.

Then add the grounded Cinnamon and stir to combine.

Allow it to simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat. Let it cool

Then strain or filter into an airtight container.

You can store in a dark cool place for upto a month

Use anytime the need for it comes
