Banana, almond and date Smoothie


Banana, almond and date SmoothieBanana, date, and almond is all there is to make this fast, easy,  nutritious and hearty smoothie which is a good way to begin your day.

The mix of creamy banana with wealthy,  almond, dates, cinnamon is all that is advisable to preserve you full for a very long time. The dates when blended don’t fully break so you’re going to get a bit chewy, bits of dates with each sip.


  • 2 bananas
  • 7 chopped dates
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped blanched almonds
  • cinnamon powder


  • Combine all of the components in a blender and blend till smooth
  • Pour right into a serving glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder, then serve chilled and enjoy
